St. Regis residences

The St. Regis Residences, Houston introduced the St. Regis residential brand to Houston through a new high-rise development near Bayou Bend, Buffalo Bayou and Memorial Park. Judson developed the positioning and marketing platform to connect the established St. Regis brand with the character of Houston and the qualities of the site. For the preview website, I led digital direction, content architecture, UI/UX design, motion design and development direction, personally designing the site. With the project only recently underway and limited to a small set of architectural renderings, I used restrained motion and pacing to make the experience feel more realized, emphasizing height, views and atmosphere before the property itself existed.
