THE ANDER AUSTIN

The Ander is a 198-residence condominium development in Austin’s Crestview neighborhood, positioned around wellness, natural materials and a balance of Eastern and Western modernist influences. Judson developed the brand strategy and identity to connect the property’s design with the character and lifestyle of its North Central Austin location. For the website, I led digital direction, content architecture, UI/UX design and development direction, and personally designed the experience. With the property still unbuilt and limited to architectural renderings, the site had to establish a strong sense of place and differentiate the development within Austin’s crowded high-end residential market. I also designed an interactive availability tool that allowed prospective buyers to explore individual residences, floor plans and unit details.
